Developers wanted
PHP-programmers wanted for (well-paid) contributions based on projects.
Main project
Since February 1st 2004 Covide is an OpenSource project licensed under the GPL. Because the coregroup is very strict when it comes to contributions the project is both stable and innovative.
The project consist of a webbased CRM(including Groupware) suite and a CMS (including SEO features) where all modules integrate. The project is written in object-oriented PHP5 and uses MySQL as database backend. Integration with external programs like Asterisk is included in the core product.
Adaptive Maintainance program by a pool of PHP-developers?
Starting January 1st 2009 we now have a so called Adaptive Maintainance program. This means that we will process customer feature requests that can be implemented in a generic way in a structured way. In the past this happened a couple of times already but the demand for this is growing rapidly. Now we want to create a pool of skilled PHP-developers. Developers in this pool can apply for projects we publish. Applying means you agree with the terms we set for the project.
How can you become a member of this pool?
We think this is an interesting setup for PHP-developers. Getting paid, no need to become employee, contribute to one of the more interesting OpenSource projects out there.
It doesn't matter from what country you are. What does matter is that we also make a living with Covide so the project should remain stable. So the code contributed to Covide should be of good quality as well of course. If you're interested you can become a pool-member by submitting patches for one or two bugs or feature requests so we can see the quality of code. You can find
the bugtracker and feature requests on our sourceforge.net page.
