Additional services are standardized solutions integrated with the software offered by Covide. In additional services per customer adjustments must be realized and sometimes additional costs are incurred by a provider of supplementary services.

Examples of additional services:

• Covide for furnishing of a customer by a Service Partner;
• Achieve business needs through the extensive projects module;
• Achieve a website combined with Covide CRM;
• Supplying and / or installation of mobile and / or VoIP phones;
• Installing on PDAs and furnishing of about synchronization;
• VOIP central structuring and use (telephone costs);
• Integration of an external Webshop;
• Training for both a quick start and after updates;
• An e-billing services: billing, collection and credit management;
• The digital assistant: a virtual secretary;
• Industry and business opportunities of Covide optimal matching.

Characteristically for additional services is that customers must pay for this extra addition to the subscription. There are Covide and / or partners of Covide extra activities conducted or charges made by a supplier.
