Calendar functionality

Campaign management

By campaign-management is intended capturing, tracking and monitoring all campaigns, whether done by e-mail, phone or letter.
A campaign is a very targeted action towards a selection relations. It is a CRM function, which often is outsourced to a Call Centre.

In Covide is just one available without additional costs.

    HRM stands for Human Resources Management.

    A module which offers additional opportunities for the employees map and in the address book. Executives have access at any time in the current calendar, notes and tasks of employees.

    Especially effective in connection with guidance and useful when an employee suddenly unable to attend.

    Integration with Google's web-based Officepakket

    None of the web-based office can compete with the suites of Microsoft and Open Office. Only a fraction of the functionality offered therein is governed however desirable.

    Covide has available on basic standard for creating a note immediately integrated with address and automatically archived in the relationship.

    In addition Covide also provides standard integration with Google Docs and thereby automatically have the ability to share documents with others outside the Covide branch.

    With a click on "online users" you see immediately within the virtual office who is present.

    This is useful for the choice between, say, communicating with other users via phone (only available when the central VoIP also in use), instant messaging, sending a note or making a calendar event on the agenda of a colleague.

    Projects

    "Projects" offers the virtually automatic timesheets by integrating with the calendar. Incidentally can also directly from a Project and therefore outside the calendar of hours to be registered.

    Other places wher you can realise a link to are the e-mail, the relationcard and support registration. One project within Covide may be linked to its own project manager, a relationship, a businesscard, notes, calendar events, private file and e-mail.

    The module projects also in itself is a powerful tool. Once linked offers that much additional information from the Project.

    Sales opportunity management

    A module that is included in your CRM what in many other packages only if CRM is seen: a specific module for tracking the Sales route: prospect, quote, contract, invoice and of course the estimated success.
